1. Winter Wine and Games Night
Our winter event with Brengman Family Wines is coming up on January 31st! Join us for a cozy evening of games and refreshments in a beautiful Traverse City winery. We’ll be playing Monumental Consequence to start the night! Check it out and buy tickets here.
2. Announcing a New Spring Course!
We are so excited that Kathleen Mercury and Andrew Devenney will be teaching a course this spring! Deep Dive by Doing: Answering Design Questions with a Prototype Solution is open for registration from now until February 1st. Learn more here!
3. Game Progress Reports
a. Keep the Faith is on its way to us, and we are starting to see reviews come in, such as this one from Space Biff!
b. Witch Hunt: 1649 is waiting on a new box, but in the meantime, its components look ready for game night! We love the art from CMU Alum Bill Spytma!
4. On-Campus Updates
a. Break Our Games dates for the Spring 2026 season will be January 16th, February 13th, March 20th, and April 10th. We will meet at the Park Library on CMU’s Campus from 3-5 PM. If you’re in the area, join us for a fun afternoon of playtesting games in development for CMich Press (and sometimes our friend Friendly Skeleton)!
b. Our Pages of the Press are kicking into high gear and learning our games to get ready for conference season. Stay tuned for more updates!
