The once bustling coffee shop has grown quiet, its spirit faded. You and your fellow poets are invited to help restore it as you craft poetry—line by line—to be read aloud during the café’s grand re-opening.

Inspired by Anne Lamont’s advice in her timeless writing manual Bird by Bird, Line by Line guides players to collaboratively craft writing templates, then use those templates to write lines of poetry and share them aloud.

In a classroom or at game night, Line by Line challenges players to practice, enjoy, and develop their writing, thinking, and creative skills by writing poetry. No prior experience needed!
